The speaker at many Zija events is  Russ Bianchi. He is the foremost authority on the subject of the Zija product.
Russ Bianchi holds three doctoral degrees; Medical and Pharmacology (UCSF), and Bio-Chemistry (Harvard) with an emphasis on human food metabolism. He has formulated hundreds of well known products, including: Kashi Cereal, Cliff Bars, Odwalla Bars, Neutrogena, Dr. Perricone Skin Care, Luna Bars, Haagen Dazs and more.
Bianchi presents the research behind the formulation of Zija, made from the Moringa Oleifera.
“I have been in the global food, beverage, confectionery, dairy, pharmaceutical, drug, bakery, cosmetic, flavor, as well as the functional and dietary supplementation formulation development business, for over three decades, and I have never come across a more nutrient dense botanical or raw material, in all my creation, conversion, or stabilization efforts, on six continents. He tells guests not only about the plant, but also of his own interesting story from growing up in rural California as well.

Great Z-vent in Portland last night!   24 y.o. Z-Benzie Landon Weaver, who recently relocated to OR to develop his Zija biz there, had a great showing of around 40 distributors and guests -- mostly 45-65 age group!  Tom Waggoner says they signed up a bunch of new reps at the event and there is an excited Zija team starting there, spanning 5 decades in age! (Ain't it amazing, Gracie?!)
