Rain, Prisons and Zija

Had a great weekend!  Awesome Friday night concert and banquet Saturday night for Bill Glass Behind the Wall Prison Ministry.  Mike and I have gone in to the prisons as part of this ministry but this was our first banquet -- had a blast and highlight was that Bill Glass was THERE!

He was keynote speaker at Mike's highschool football dinner in 1959!  (Can you believe??)  At that time Bill was a pro football player so it was about 10 years before he got into prison ministry.  He actually remembered being in Jacksonville, TX, for that event --- here's a photo of Mike with him:  I post so you can see the difference in head size!

Anyway, thanks Zija for enabling us to share in things that we believe are important to be part of -- and thanks to our awesome Team, including Head Diamond Tom Waggoner, for his ceaseless efforts to help every Zija customer or distributor succeed with their Zija goals!

And as a side note, here's the song  we're singing non-stop (maybe it will happen this week!)

When I was in my early twenties, my father sat me down and asked me that same question, point blank. The advice he gave me after fundamentally changed the way I thought about work and led me to my current career.
I told him I wanted to make $100,000 a year. At the time, I thought that was a lot of money. You’ll work for about another 30 years, he told me. So how much money would I make in my lifetime? I did the math: $3 million.  (continue reading here)
